If you are OFW, choose a representative that are willing to help you until the end of the process.He / She must be 18 years old and above (Family Member / Friend)

Note: You budget is base on your salary (multiply .35% to your monthly income)

3. Your Target to move-in to your new home?
4. Are you willing to wait ( This are for construction houses )  or Need ASAP ( Ready for Occupancy/ Lipat agad)

Note: When we say LIPAT AGAD or READY TO MOVE IN at least you are aware that you need to pay CASH-OUT This is the spot 10% or 20% Down payment part of the requirement.

5. When would you like to start your investment?
6.  How would you like to pay the property? Spot Cash, Spot     Down, Thru Financing (Pag-ibig, Bank or In-house)?
7.  Schedule your best time for a site viewing.

Step 2. SITE VIEWING

This is the agreed date of viewing. Keep your phone active before and while heading to the pick up point.We need your cooperation to avoid hassle for both of us, for the tripping vehicle and to other clients that are also scheduled on that day. If we come late to our pick up point we will be commuting. For OFW please keep in touch while your representative and our agent is having a site viewing.

Bring the following
Local Employed

• 2 Valid Government I.D's
• Latest Payslip
• Proof of Billing
• Reservation Fee

Abroad (OFW)

• Passport with 1 Valid Goverment I.D
• Authorized Letter (proof that you authorized your representative to process everything in your behalf)
• Copy of your Job Contract

Representative : 

• 2 Valid I.D's and TIN I.D
• Proof of billing

Viewing of  model houses, actual unit and current status, Available unit and actual turn over

Selection of phase, Block and Lot

Step 3. Reservation

Request a final computation as per your selected unit
Pay the required reservation fee for you to hold the slot/ unit you like along with the RF, submit the initial documents
Fill out and sign all forms and documents required
Secured you Official Receipt
Buyer's orientation
Final checklist of your requirements
